Praised for her vocal beauty, seamless technique, and abundant musicality, Nadine Sierra is hailed as one of the most promising young talents in opera today. Having made a string of successful debuts at the Metropolitan Opera, Teatro alla Scala, Paris Opera, and Staatsoper Berlin, she has become a fixture at many of the top houses around the world. Sierra signed an exclusive contract to record for Deutsche Grammophon and Decca Gold in 2017. Her debut album, There’s a Place for Us, was released in 2018, followed by a second album, Made For Opera, in 2022. She was named the Richard Tucker Award Winner in 2017 and was awarded the 2018 Beverly Sills Artist Award by the Metropolitan Opera.

For the 2026/27 season, Sierra returns to Bayerische Staatsoper for her role debut as Maria Stuarda, sings Manon at the Metropolitan Opera, Violetta in La Traviata at Teatro alla Scala, and returns to Opéra National de Paris as Juliette in Roméo et Juliette. In concert, she joins Jakub Józef Orliński for Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater with the Opéra Royal du Château de Versailles Orchestra, following a European concert tour with the same ensemble. She also performs Lucia di Lammermoor in concert with Opéra National de Bordeaux. Her recital schedule includes appearances at Wigmore Hall, Staatsoper Berlin, Boston Lyric Opera, Carnegie Hall, and Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.

Previous highlights include her Wiener Staatsoper debut as Juliette in Roméo et Juliette, later returning in the title role of Luisa Miller. At the Metropolitan Opera, she has starred in La Sonnambula, Rigoletto, Roméo et Juliette, La Traviata, Lucia di Lammermoor, Le Nozze di Figaro (Susanna), Idomeneo (Ilia) and Don Giovanni (Zerlina). She appeared at Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona multiple times, singing Violetta in La Traviata, Amina in La Sonnambula, and Maria in West Side Story under Gustavo Dudamel. Nadine also returned to Teatro Real Madrid for La Traviata and Roméo et Juliette. She made her Royal Opera House London debut in 2023 as Adina in L’elisir d’amore, later returning in the title role of Lucia di Lammermoor. She also joined the company on tour in Japan as Gilda in Rigoletto, conducted by Antonio Pappano. She has appeared as Manon at Opéra National de Paris and made her role debut as Luisa Miller at Teatro di San Carlo. Nadine was deeply honoured to perform at the 2025 Wiener Staatsoper Opernball and to sing "La Marseillaise" at the opening ceremony of the newly restored Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris.

Nadine has also toured with Andrea Bocelli for concerts across Europe and North America, including performances at Madison Square Garden and the Kaseya Centre.

She has been featured in Vogue, Nylon, Bon Appétit, Opera News, on the cover of Classical Singer magazine, and numerous international TV and print media, and maintains an active presence on social media.
